Long-time Las Vegas resident, Ken Templeton is the builder and developer of Carefree Senior Apartment communities. He has been building senior lifestyle communities in Las Vegas for more than 10 years. In the late l980's, Ken became concerned over the shortage of affordable senior housing. This -coupled with the fact that Las Vegas continues to be the nation's number one retirement destination - gave Ken all the facts he needed: he has committed himself to fill the need for senior housing.

 

Ken has a personal interest in the residents as well as the communities. On any given day, you will find him touring the communities or attending social events where he spends time with residents and listens to their concerns.
